This is wonderful over stir fries of veggies, chicken or pork, makes enough for 3/4 lb of meat, 2 to 3 servings.
3/4 cup chix broth
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1/4 cup ketchup
2 teaspoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons rice vinegar
or dry sherry
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Pour over your stir fry and stir till sauce is thickened and all is heated through.
When frying up your meat and veggies it is good to use a lot of garlic, minced fresh ginger and scallions.
