Union Church of Guatemala
We have a great youth program. Our goal is to offer a safe environment where teenagers can learn biblical values, develop deep friendships and experience the joy of life; all the while speaking the truth to them in love.
We reinforce the fact that the Word of God alone is sufficient for equipping and growing these students in the Lord. Our ministry is committed to systematically teaching the Scriptures. We believe that teens are the ‘present’ of the church. As Youth are challenged by the Word, they begin to encounter a new perspective; a new perspective where they come to understand sin, accountability, and their personal relationship to God.
Therefore, as the ‘present’ of the church it is also our desire to see these Youth get more involved in the life of our church. This is an important key. To inspire service begins their transition to generosity of spirit and lifestyle, rather than one of selfishness. In a day when success of a ministry is defined by numbers, we believe that success is defined by faithfulness to lifestyle stewardship.
As we continue to labor for the lives of our teens, we pray that God will use this ministry to sanctify our teens and to preserve them without blame in the presence of our Lord Jesus Christ (1 Thess. 5:23).

We have two main events each week:
Wednesday Nights "Uth-Velocity": 7:00 - 8:30 PM
Velocity= moving at a constant speed from one place to another.
Uth-Velocity= moving at a constant speed from a place away from God, to a place closer to God.
We meet on the second floor for a great time of fun and activities. Our ministry serves teens; typically ages 12-18 (U.S. grades 6-12 or Guate grades 6 Primaria & Secundaria).
Sunday Mornings: 9:45 AM We dedicate this time to the teaching of God's Word. This is an opportunity to sit down and learn from the Bible, ask questions, and enjoy the company of other teens from our church.
Camps and Activities
Periodically we go on outings; go-carting, paintball, beach trips, retreats, and community service. We have these extracurricular activities through the year for times of fun and relationship building.
