Soul Care Day 2024
Event Description
Each of us is a woman of influence, a leader, in some sphere of life. God has given each of us the opportunity to hold influence for His glory in our families, places of work, and within our communities.
At this year’s UCG Women's Soul Care Day, “Living a God-Empowered Life”, we'll delve into what it truly means to lead with a heart aligned to God's will. Through reflective discussions and Biblical insights, we'll explore how to cultivate a leadership mindset rooted in faith, grace, and wisdom. This day is designed to help you understand not just what to do as a leader,
but who to be, as you learn to listen well, embrace a godly vision, and navigate life's challenges with confidence.
Whether you're an experienced leader or currently discovering just how far your sphere of influence can travel, this day will equip and inspire you to be present in any situation with strength and purpose.

Speaker Bio
Jami Bader is a dedicated transformational leadership trainer with a unique background that blends healthcare, missionary work, and leadership development. Originally trained as a nurse, Jami’s journey took a transformative turn when she and her husband, Chad, along with their two children, moved to Honduras in 2012 where they began their journey as missionaries. In 2013, they relocated to Guatemala, where they established their ministry, Transformando Vidas, dedicated to serving small, impoverished communities in rural areas.
Drawing on her rich experiences in diverse cultural settings, Jami completed her training in Transformational Leadership and coaching in early 2024. Her passion lies in helping individuals and teams unlock their full potential by focusing on the deeper aspects of leadership—understanding not just what to do, but who to be as a leader.
Jami will be continuing her professional growth with further training to become an executive coach, a journey that will continue through 2025. Her approach to leadership is deeply rooted in empathy, integrity, and a desire to inspire others to lead with purpose and faith. Whether guiding seasoned professionals or emerging leaders, Jami’s mission is to foster genuine transformation, enabling others to navigate life’s challenges with wisdom and grace.
