Annual Congregational Meeting

Our annual congregational meeting will be held in person at church on February 6 at 9:45 AM.
Even as we continue to experience uncertain times due to the pandemic, our current bylaws require us to hold these meetings in-person so we encourage UCG members to attend if possible. If you are not able to join us at the church for these meetings, a template of an absentee vote form will be sent out by email or downloaded below so that you can fill it out, print it, sign it and bring the original to the church’s office so that your vote can be counted. We need to reach a quorum of 40 to approve the budget & slate of officers.
If you are planning to attend our 11:00 AM Sunday worship service, we encourage you to stay for our congregational meeting. You will need to wait for outside as the staff sanitizes the sanctuary's pews as soon as the meeting is over, in order to have it hygienically ready for our 11 AM worship service.
