As the body of Christ, we lift in prayer our brothers and sisters in Christ. As His sons and daughters, we can approach God’s throne of grace with confidence, and we would like to do that for:
- Pray for Doug Johnson and his family as they mourn the passing of his niece, Bethany. Pray that the Lord grant them comfort, strength, and the assurance of His nearness as they walk through this season of grief.
Permanent Prayer Requests
- Pray for Greg Malczewski as he prepares for an important gastric exam in February. Pray for good and encouraging results, and for God’s peace and guidance throughout the process.
- Pray for Union Church of Guatemala:
- Pray that God provides for our financial needs as we are behind our budget,
- Pray that God moves people to give generously to support our ministries,
- Pray for our leadership & staff.
- Pray for the financial, physical, and emotional needs of our congregation.
- Pray for Guatemala the countries represented in our congregation: United States, the United Kingdom, Kyrgyzstan, Ethiopia, India, South Korea, Canada, Mexico, Italy, England, Australia, Egypt, Bolivia, El Salvador, Bahamas, Colombia.
- Pray for peace for Israel and the Middle East ("Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: “May those who love you be secure. May there be peace within your walls and security within your citadels.” For the sake of my family and friends, I will say, “Peace be within you.” For the sake of the house of the LORD our God, I will seek your prosperity." Psalms 122:6-9 NIV).
